Key Responsibilities as Social Media Marketing Associate:
- Conducting Market Research and reporting research findings
- Supporting the marketing team
- Doing day-to-day administrative tasks
- Writing and proofreading marketing material
- Helping to plan events, projects and campaigns
- Helping to create proposals and presentations
- Develop, implement and manage social media marketing campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Doing video editing and graphic designing for social media posting.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
