We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketer with proven experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across TikTok, YouTube, Google, and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and results-oriented, with a strong grasp of digital advertising strategies and a passion for driving campaign success. This role requires someone who can effectively balance analytical thinking with creative execution to maximize campaign performance and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on TikTok, YouTube, Google, and Meta platforms. Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign outcomes. Collaborate closely with the design team to develop engaging ad creatives that combine compelling visuals and copy. Monitor daily performance metrics and generate actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness. Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI) while minimizing cost per acquisition (CPA). Perform A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and ad placements to continuously refine campaigns. Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, platform policies, and best practices. Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing paid campaigns on TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, and Meta Ads platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other relevant tracking tools. A creative mindset for developing engaging and effective ad concepts. Excellent communication and project management skills. A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in performance marketing.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with remarketing and lookalike audience strategies is a plus. Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels is advantageous. Certifications such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or TikTok Ads Manager are desirable. The position offers a competitive salary package ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000 per month.
