BG Ltd. is looking for a talented Paid Marketing Data Analyst to join our team in Lahore. This full-time position offers flexible work arrangements, including on-site, hybrid, or fully remote options for candidates based in Karachi and Islamabad. The role centers on analyzing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across major platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other PPC channels. The successful candidate will transform complex marketing data into clear, actionable insights, develop detailed dashboards, improve campaign ROI, and deliver comprehensive reporting and strategic recommendations to media buyers, strategists, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyze campaign performance data across all major advertising platforms to measure effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Excel, and Power BI for ongoing campaign monitoring.
- Evaluate key performance indicators such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, CPL, and CVR, providing actionable recommendations to optimize results.
- Monitor attribution models, user funnels, and customer behavior through GA4 and UTM tracking to ensure accurate data capture.
- Assist in the setup and management of tracking tools including pixels, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Conversions API (CAPI), and event tracking.
- Provide insights on audience segmentation, creative performance, and channel mix to enhance targeting and budget allocation.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and conduct in-depth performance analyses to identify growth opportunities.
- Detect trends, anomalies, and potential areas for campaign improvement to maximize effectiveness and ROI.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in performance marketing analytics with a strong focus on paid campaigns.
- Proficiency in GA4, Meta and Google Ads reporting, and UTM parameter management.
- Advanced skills in Looker Studio and Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and key media performance indicators.
- Experience working in an agency environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
