Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand growth and lead generation. Manage and optimize multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and others, by planning content calendars, scheduling posts, and actively engaging with the online community. Plan, implement, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms to maximize reach and conversion rates. Collaborate closely with creative, design, and content teams to produce marketing materials that align with campaign objectives and maintain brand consistency.
Analyze campaign performance and social media metrics regularly, preparing detailed reports on key indicators such as engagement, reach, click-through rates, and conversions. Ensure a consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all digital channels. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to refine strategies and identify new growth opportunities. Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient campaign execution.
Support the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional content. Work in tandem with SEO and web development teams to align digital marketing initiatives with broader marketing goals. Contribute innovative ideas for content strategy, including social media posts, blogs, and digital storytelling. Assist in managing partnerships, collaborations, and influencer relationships when applicable. Participate in regular strategy reviews to optimize marketing performance and improve return on investment.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience managing paid digital campaigns, particularly on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content strategies, and audience engagement techniques. Proficiency in analytics and campaign management tools, including Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite. Excellent copywriting, communication, and creative thinking skills. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Other Details
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Karachi. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (morning shift). The salary offered is competitive within the market, ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs150,000 per month. The role requires in-person attendance to foster close collaboration within the team and with other departments.
