Responsibilities

  • Develop Digital Marketing strategies using all necessary tools and tecniques (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs).
  • Evaluate the current strategies to identify and grab new opportunities.
  • Evaluate web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence.
  • Observe the SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends.
  • Build strong clients relationships through social media interaction.
  • Monitor audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns.
  • Integrate with Marketing, Sales, Design and Content teams to enhance customer experience and ensure brand consistency.
  • Recognise advertising needs.
  • Establish best practices in digital marketing.
  • Stay up-to-date with all the digital and technilogical developments.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or similar role.
  • Sound knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.
  • Having atleast 2 years of experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
  • 4-5 years of hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software.
  • Should be a team player.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 3-4 years of experience in Influencer marketing.
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field.
  • Must have experience to handle the budget of at least $50,000 per month in Paid Ads (Google, Facebook and Instagram).
