HR:
- To support the implementation of HR Policies and Procedures and provide feedback to the Group Head of HR & Admin.
- Carry out the whole recruitment & selection process aligned with the workforce demand
- Implementation and monitoring of Annual Performance Management Process
- HR Administration -
- Onboarding, employee leaves, probation evaluations, resignations, final settlements etc. / Maintaining accurate employee records
- Develop and Maintain Relevant HR Reports such as Attendance Reports / Recruitment Reports and Turnover Reports
- Payroll processing including incentives, EOBI, P. Fund, Tax and reporting
- Dealing with health and life insurances
- Employee Relations – Supporting Managers in identifying and resolving workplace issues / Dealing with Disciplinary issues
- Develop an understanding of the business to ensure that HR strategy and services are aligned with the business needs.
- Meet with managers and employees on a regular basis to develop effective relationships and understand the challenges affecting managers and employees.
