We are seeking a Project Manager Services (US Healthcare) that is responsible for working with C Level team for planning, scheduling, executing, and delivering of client-facing projects that span various disciplines within US healthcare domain. This may include managing internal and external project teams, as well as any external vendors that may be involved.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multiple projects (in various phases) simultaneously e.g., RCM, Software Development, Data Migrations, BI data modeling, Accounting, Call Center, IT Support, Digital Marketing etc
- Own all aspects of the Service Delivery/Onboarding Team and the associated responsibilities and deliverables
- Define and organize projects and establish project scope and timeline
- Engage the appropriate departments to establish the project team
- Ensure team members understand their assigned action items and meet due dates
- Keep team resources focused on planning and executing the project
- Assist and support project team members
- Facilitate project execution and ensure timelines are met
- Work with clients to evaluate the effect of changes to scope or timeline on project costs and revenue
- Maintain appropriate project management documents and review on a regular basis
- Provide updates to client, team members, sales personnel, and management on project status
- Own and maintain the Project Status Spreadsheet for all projects
- Hold project kickoff, status and close out calls for all assigned projects
- Ensure effective communication and transfer of information between the project team and client
- Collaborate with notifying Finance of the correct amount to invoice at the appropriate project milestones
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned
Qualifications:
- MS/MBA in Computer Sciences or information Technology
- 5+ years of experience with top healthcare organization, foreign exp is a big plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and empathize with team members
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to assess risks and make decisions while working under pressure
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new software
- Critical thinking and project management skills required
- Excellent writing, editing skills and command of grammar
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned
