We immediately looking for a “Technical Recruiter” with 4+ years’ of experience in technical recruitment to join our HR Department.
- This role require an experienced individual who can provide quality candidates in a timely manner and help us fill our open positions with qualified candidates.
- Candidate must be able to carry out following responsibilities;
Responsibilties:
- Communicating with hiring manager to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
Conduct sourcing activities through various channels such as posting jobs to relevant media platforms (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) and browsing resume databases and portfolio sites.
Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates
Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager
Creating strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.
Suggesting new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities, new tools and techniques.
Requiremnets:
- Must have been associated with the IT/Software Company or similar experience.
- Should have great deal of connections OR candidate pool from the Local Market/LinkedIn Ambitious and ready to take recruitment challenges.
- Excellent verbal & written communication and persuasion skills
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
