We immediately looking for a “Technical Recruiter” with 4+ years’ of experience in technical recruitment to join our HR Department.

  • This role require an experienced individual who can provide quality candidates in a timely manner and help us fill our open positions with qualified candidates.
  • Candidate must be able to carry out following responsibilities;

Responsibilties: 

  • Communicating with hiring manager to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
  • Conduct sourcing activities through various channels such as posting jobs to relevant media platforms (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) and browsing resume databases and portfolio sites.

  • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates

  • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.

  • Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager

  • Creating strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

  • Suggesting new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities, new tools and techniques.

Requiremnets: 

  • Must have been associated with the IT/Software Company or similar experience.
  • Should have great deal of connections OR candidate pool from the Local Market/LinkedIn Ambitious and ready to take recruitment challenges.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and persuasion skills
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
