Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operation and management of the T-mall Store, planning the marketing activities of the website, and promoting execution to complete the marketing objectives.
- Responsible for the daily promotion projects of T-mall store and title keyword strategy, window recommendation, forum community, search engine marketing, T-mall through train, etc. Marketing promotion.
- Cooperate with T-mall on behalf of the operator to carry out online activity planning and promotion programs, supervise the implementation, and be responsible for the statistics of the activities in the later period, and provide an effect analysis report.
- Detect the latest industry operations and market trends, and explore new business opportunities or commodities.
- Analyse daily operating conditions, statistical data, explore hidden internal problems, and propose solutions in a targeted manner.
- Increase the click rate and browsing volume of the store, and complete the store sales target.
- Total weekly operating report data and report to the leader.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s BBA or MBA with a majors in Marketing.
- 3-4 years of experience with online marketing tools and best practices and have an idea of T-mall store management do’s and don’ts in order to run operations smoothly.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Knows how to do audience or buyer persona reseach.
- Good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
