We are looking for a female "HR Executive" to join our Call Center New Garden Town (Barkat Market)
The key responsibilities for this role include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles.
Responsibilities:
• Write and post job descriptions.
• Source potential candidates.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions).
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work and discipline employees, scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, counseling employees and supervisors.
• Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
