- Coordinating and preparing all detail required by the external auditors for completion of external audit.
- Supervision of books keeping and accounts department functions.
- Supervision of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts compilation.
- Assistance to Financial controller regarding Tax planning and to coordinate with tax consultants.
- Coordinating with manager finance in preparation of budget and cash flow statement.
- Coordinating in the bank reconciliations liaison with branch offices for information required finalizing the monthly quarterly and annual accounts.
- To ensure the completeness of all accounting data feeding into accounting systems.
- Any additional responsibility assigned by the superior from time to time.
