The desired candidate must be able to develop and drive this new project using critical analysis and market norms based on substantial goals.
The person in this role will need to know his way around several specialties like e-commerce business proposals, performance marketing strategies, analytics, website & app optimization, customer loyalty & retention, customer management framework and logistics while working with a team of equally committed professionals.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist to formulate e-commerce channel strategy to grow DWP digital eco-system.
- Coordinate with different departments to manage aspects of the E-commerce business including business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns, website/app management & analytics, customer loyalty programs, & digital warranties for sustainable profitable growth from online channels.
- Closely monitor performance metrics and proactively address areas of concern.
- Continuously evaluate consumer based analysis and look for ways to improve the experience with full funnel approach.
- Consistently drive innovation and bring disruptive ideas for customer management framework, evaluate competitors, bring fresh content ideas with respect to e-commerce, customer loyalty program and customer profiling.
- Be able to track and manage budget.
- Be able to do Database Analytics, forecasting and its management.
- Operational efficiency and customer excellence through proactive approach for elimination of customer pain points, process optimization and automation.
- Manage Digital Care program of customers by building contents for self-help with in DWP digital eco-system.
- In depth analysis of current performance on e-commerce channels.
- Develop/implement Social Media Calendar and product tutorials including Organic Marketing channel enrichment.
- Assuring proper implementation of different digital marketing tools and techniques such as SEO, PPC & display advertisement.
- Must be available to accommodate business needs outside of standard operating hours.
