- Responsible for verification, presentation and posting of “Financial Adjustments” in System.
- Supervision of Corporate Sales booking, Receipts, Sales Tax invoicing and “Inter Company’ accounts settlements.
- Implementation of Price Changes throughout the Network.
- Responsible to prepare periodic “Capex Budgets” for Retail Network.
- Preparation of “Sales Team Incentive” working for each sale point.
- Responsible to supervise the process of Disbursement of Monthly “Petty Cash Expenses” to each sale point and its periodic reconciliation.
- Responsible to ensure that “System” is intact and Daily Transaction is operating as per standard protocols.
- Study of current System, Requirements gathering, Prototyping, coordination with Sale Points and as well as MIS department to facilitate required development.
