- Efficient operation of powder coating plant.
- Monitoring of production capacity as well as the process efficiency.
- Plan, analyze, and implement the work schedules.
- Develop and implement complete powder and paint process to meet demands while complying with international standards.
- Implement industrial hygiene and safety standards in all steps of the in-house powder coating process to ensure end-product compliance with performance benchmarks.
- Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas and work to improve in all areas.
- Liaise with different departments, teams, and companies, e.g. suppliers, managers, and clients.
- Manage performance measures, including visual controls, and provide regular progress reports to management.
- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
- Train, coach, and discipline individual team members with a focus on productivity and quality of end-product.
