Job Description

  • New Market & Channel Development (Corporate & Government Sectors, Commercial Projects & Business Associate Network).
  • Achieve targets for new business through sales visits with key contacts.
  • Follow up on sales enquiries, sales prospects while generating new leads.
  • Liaise and maintain good relationship with network, clients, architects,consultants, contractor and end-user.
  • Establish and follow a sales routine to visit consultants, stakeholders and end users on a monthly basis.
  • Oversee all aspects of HVAC projects,manage change orders, create RFI's, write proposals, and general correspondence.
  • Oversee and ensure HVAC Projects meet budget and schedule timeline in accordance to the scope of work.
