- On-site support for customer.
- Hand zone for HP Break-fix support.
- Well troubleshooting knowledge of Printers and Photocopiers.
- Knowledge of basic networking.
- Prior experience in the maintenance and repair of printers manufactured by HP or Xerox.
- Complete all administrative aspects of the job on time and error-free.
- Install new printers,configure printers on the network, and maintain and ensure the proper function of standalone printers, scanners or network printers.
