- Supervise the day to day complaints handling process on the MIS Software.
- Manage the work flow for the complaints handling in MIS System.
- O&M Billing and follow up for the payments
- Resolve the complaints teams day to day issues queries.
- Have sufficient knowledge for Chilled & Freon Based Systems
- Have sufficient knowledge for customer queries regarding system issues
- Monitoring O&M Teams deputed on sites against O&M Contracts
- Able to make reports against teams daily activities & diagnosing reports
