- Management of service support through CS service centers or sub-contractors in the region.
- Closely monitor day to day service operations in the region to ensure achievements of KPIs.
- Ensure secure functioning of the centers to complete the service provision to customers in an effective and efficient manner.
- Ensure availability of adequate spares support at the centers and sub contractors.
- Keep close liaison with dealers and subcontractors for all service matters.
- Complement RM center in all his management and administrative functions.
