- Responsible for monthly & yearly Sales target achievement specially VRF, Chillers, Package units & other Commercial A.C.
- Corporate HVAC business development with multinational groups in Pakistan.
- Meeting with Consultants & Architects for business developments.
- Giving presentation to clients related to HVAC products & relevant jobs.
- Installation Outsourcing, Vendor Management & Procurement of material.
- Payments follow up & overdue achievement.
- Meeting with client at site regarding Installation work related issues.
- Follow up for Commercial A.C Import shipments from China to Pakistan.
- Making feasibility & Sales Evaluation for the Projects.
- Sales planning area wise according to season for light Commercial A.C products.
- Technical support to sales team.
- Equipment Import Planning on the basis of client requirement and co-ordination with the import department till the satisfactory shipment of equipment
