We are looking to Hire "Manager Local Procurement" for our Refrigeration Factory in , Kasur Lahore. The suitable candidate should be able to;
- Evaluate and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
- Locate local vendors of materials, equipment, or supplies and negotiate the best price with them along with product availability and terms of sales.
- Budgeting, costing, and cost saving after reviewing and evaluating different alternatives
- Choosing the local suppliers that the company will deal with and maintaining the legal interaction with them.
- Managing any SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) that may be in place and managing agreements between the suppliers and the company.
- Tracking the status of the orders placed with suppliers and internal resources.
- Review deliveries against the orders.
- Ensure that invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
- Resolve supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with vendors.
- Produce and maintain all required reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers.
- A proactive approach to facilitate the ease of the effective and timely procurement process.
