Develop new business while supporting and growing sales from existing customers
• Generate sales reports and forecasts that meet and exceed company sales revenue targets
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and at other required functions
• Development a strong B2B sales
• Build a strong sales force
· Conduct regular sales meetings.
· Become knowledgeable of all products and services.
· Recruit, train and manage all sales team members and support personnel.
· Create and maintain pricelists which meet company profit goals.
· Create sales incentives and contests to inspire sales team members.
· Be the liaison between the sales divisions of the company and other departments.
· Work with the management to Develop Marketing plans and campaigns to support the growing sales team requirements.
· Visit installations in process
· Strong skills both in written and verbal communications.
· Willing to travel.
· Must have a broad knowledge of computers and software programs to include, but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc.
· Specific knowledge of solar and other renewable energy technologies a strong plus.
