We are looking for the services of Ex-Armed Force Officer (Major) for the position of Manager Security Services based at Head Office (Lahore).

Responsible for managing team of security personnel to ensure protection of resources, property and assets of DWP Group.
Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures.
Corrective Action Planning and follow-up to close gaps.
Security Guard Force management and training
Liaison with local law enforcement agencies
Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
Attend meetings with other managers to determine security needs.
Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events.

Core Skills

Excellent communication skills in both Urdu and English.
Ability to work under pressure
Experience of networking and engaging with law enforcement agencies
Excellent Crisis Management skills
