Job Description

  • Assisting with the recruitment and selection process.
  • Maintain and periodically update an active database for a wide pool of candidates.
  • Ensure recruitment deadlines are met within allocated time. 
  • Conduct orientation sessions for the new hires.
  • Making monthly recruitment report along with managing the interview logs.
  • Updating the existing organograms and creating the new ones in accordance to the business expansion.
