- Handling all cost related activities, WIP, cost centers, inventory and ERP.
- Periodic analysis of production data entry, scrap/rejection recording wrt logic, reasonableness & accuracy on continuous basis.
- Preparation of monthly material variance analysis based on stock count activity and identifying reasons for variances and proposing remedies thereof.
- Ensure that any changes/modifications/ new models addition in BOM is updated timely and accurately in ERP.
- Preparation of model wise costing on agreed frequency (both forecasted & historical), analyze version wise changes, report cost center wise cost.
- Rate comparison of item wise prices and ensuring reasonableness of increase if any.
- Prepare pre-costing of new refrigerator models so that financial viability of new project/products can be forecasted.
- Preparation of change request document (for new development as well as modifications) based on guidance given by Manager Budgeting, Planning & Costing.
- Perform UAT for changes/new developments by MIS and share comments accordingly.
- Execute monthly/quarterly stock counts as well as liasion with internal audit teams.
- Maintain up-to-date LC's position as well as forecast future finance requirements.
- Ensure that database for import shipments is up-to-date & accurate.
- Prepare SOP's for various process relating to production process.
- Get worked done from sub-ordinates.
- Any other task assigned by Manager or Senior Management.
