- Keep the Project Manager informed of task accomplishment, issues and status.
- Provide guidance to the team based on management direction
- Coordinate with vendors regarding assigned task
- Attend client meetings and assist with determination of Project requirements.
- Identify, assign, and follow‐up on work activities of team members
- Implementing the action plan to the agreed standards and deadlines
- Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives
- Quality assurance of survey, CAD design, Heat maps and civil design.
- Ekahua AP plotting, spectrum analyzer reporting
- Correspondence with the Universities POCs for verification of existing network information and requirement.
- Identification of technical & non-technical related issues from University POCs and report to Project Manager.
- Manage the field visit of teams for North & Central region.
