- Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- Conduct competitor analysis to research new topics
- Write high-quality content and post it to our WordPress website
- Proofread and edit blog posts
- Update website content as needed
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
- Periodically check articles and look for broken links
- Responsible for finding influencers or specific niche experts on Instagram and asking them for product recommendation
- Maintain our master spreadsheet (which contains our list of performing and nonperforming articles)
Management
- Supervise and ensure the graphic designer/social media officer has published the post across all social media platforms
- Inform web developer if a website has any issues and get it fixed
Important Information
- We use scrin.io for tracking time and productivity. You will install it on your computer
- You have to commit to a long term commitment - at least six months
- We will provide training for research and website posting.
- You will be required to work 7.5 hours daily. (Timing could be flexible)
- Send short daily reports to the director via email
- You might have to work on Saturday if any time-sensitive task is incomplete by the end of the week
