We are seeking to immediately hire an HR Assistant to assist with day to day HR functions and the hiring process. We are a 24-7 Inbound Call Center and offer support services to businesses located internationally.
As HR Assistant, we require you to:
- Assist with Hiring, Interviewees and other hiring related work
- Maintain Employee records and manage changes
- Manage day to day HR activities
- Closely work with management and staff to ensure all HR compliances are met
- Any other HR tasks as assigned
You are a great fit if:
- You can speak in English well and can write without grammatical errors
- You are dedicated and look forward for a career oriented job
- You can follow instructions
- You are comfortable with MS Office systems like Ms Word, Excel and Powerpoint
You will work with Manager and the CEO directly. We will provide you training on all aspects of work, however, we expect you to be good at communication skills.
Some experience or understanding of call centers is preferrable but not required.
Required timings are from 1pm till 10pm (9 hrs), Mon - Sat
Our package range is from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000 based on your skills and experience
