We are urgently looking for HR Executive to join our Human Resources Department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.
Who we are:
We offer Inbound Customer Support / Call Center services to businesses based in US, Canada, UK and other countries. We work as back office and support center for international businesses and help them with phone answering, email and live chat support.
What we require from you: We expect you to:
- Coordinate with HR Manager to identify staffing needs.
- Online and offline networking of potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire, and ensure we attract the best professionals
- Define and write job descriptions and document requirements and specifications
- Prospective talent hunt using a variety of resources
- Conduct confidential interviews
- Follow-up on references and collecting relevant information
- Present shortlisted candidates
- Present detailed candidate profile summaries
- Recruit & on-board / off-board staff
- Assist HR Manager with preparing JD’s /SOPs for all positions.
- Maintain a healthy pool of candidates in case of urgent hiring requirements.
This is a 9 hours shift (shift timings are from 11:00am till 08:00pm). In addition to the basic salary, we are offering health insurance and annual paid leaves. If you have worked in similar role in software house or call center, please apply immediately!
