We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to help manage our Human Resource needs that mainly includes Hiring and staff management.
Who we are:
We are an Inbound Customer Support / Call Center providing services to businesses locally as well as in US, Canada and UK. We work as back office and support center for local and international businesses and help them with phone answering, email and live chat support.
What we require from you:
We are a small team with lots of growth opportunities and we have following expectations from you:
- Experienced in managing resources and promote positive team culture
- Implement HR policies and help improve them for best interest of both employees and company
- Help with new hiring as well as managing current HR staff
- Ensure all new hiring needs are fulfilled in timely manner
- Any other HR related duties as they arise from time to time
- Oversee all admin related office needs and work with current team to fulfill office general admin needs
- Not hesitant to visit offices or markets for office needs whenever needed
Experience working with IT / Call Center / Software companies is preferred but not required. We are looking for energetic and experienced individual to work closely with CEO and team managers and help build this company.
This is a long term and growing position for right candidate.
