We are seeking an experienced VA for our Europe-based client running an e-commerce store.

  • This job requires high level of English, attention to detail and self-organization.
  • Prior experience of assisting a CEO or at least 3 yrs experience in a reputed call center
  • Good verbal and written communication Skills
  • Hands on MS Office and Adobe Photoshop/ Premiere PRO 

Specific Tasks

  • Respond to emails and phone calls
  • Schedule meetings
  • Manage a contact list
  • Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
  • Organize managers’ calendars
  • Create presentations, as assigned
  • Provide customer service as first point of contact
  • Make Calls as needed
