Digitech Outsourcing Solutions® is hiring experienced Call Center Agents for its Township, Lahore office. Our client base is International and we need agents with flawless English speaking & writing skills for inbound customer service work. Neutral or US/UK accent is needed.
NO SALES, NO COMMISSIONS. This position offers base salary.
See full job duties below:
Answer inbound calls from customers in US, Canada and/or UK. This can be processing orders, scheduling a visit or answering general product questions
Make outbound follow up calls to suppliers and vendors as needed (not telemarketing)
Handle Emails and Live Chats (when needed)
Handle other administrative tasks as and when needed (like updating reports in excel etc)
Shifts will be rotating and you will be required to work 6 days a week in either late evening (starting 5pm) or night shift (full night). Working days will be rotating.
We are ONLY looking for energetic people to join our team and grow with us. We are a small but growing company and there will be many opportunities in future for the right candidates.
You are a perfect candidate if you can:
- speak English fluently
- speak in US, UK or neutral accent
- write English without grammatical errors
- type at 30+ WPM
- work with minimum supervision
- work with us for long term
Salary package is 30,000 per month with performance bonuses, Office is in Township, Lahore. We would prefer someone nearby however, this is not a requirement.
