We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will be responsible for Customer handling, solving customer query on relevant products/services, running email campaigns, generate leads and tasks assigned by management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Successful candidates will be responsible for clients handling on CRM.
  • Candidate will be responsible for design placement on the panel.
  • Satisfy clients on their requirements on order placements.
  • Follow up on potential clients via email or phone calls.
  • Convert confirmed clients on CRM as well as on panel.
  • Assign designs to designers as per customers' need.
  • Write Promotional Emails and sending it on a special occasions.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly reports of designs and orders on CRM.
  • To record and maintain customer details on monthly basis.
  • Ability to retain potential as well as loyal customers.

 Job Requirement

  • Candidate must have excellent English conversational skills.
  • Candidate must have skills to perform multi-tasks.
  • Candidate must have an experience of 1 /2 years in outbound customer handling.
  • Preference will be given to male candidates.
