Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager and Strategist, you will play an integral role in the marketing initiatives for some of our key clients. Working together with other talented marketing and sales professionals, you will develop comprehensive strategies to improve client KPIs and solve issues that are creating a higher cost per lead. Within this role, you will also be managing a handful of specialists within the agency.

You are an EXPERT in a handful of areas such as paid search and social, programmatic, marketing automation, lead generation, marketing funnels, look alike and much more. In addition to above average in SEO, social content, video marketing, adward, per click, email, etc.

What you'll be doing:

- Directly overseeing the performance and all new/current strategies of our clients. 

- Own digital marketing metrics and key performance indicators, presenting results to leadership and recommending solutions.

- Develop, evaluate, and manage digital marketing plans, such as customer acquisition strategies, budgets, and deliverables.

- Work with marketing specialists and web developers to ensure digital strategies accomplish marketing objectives.

- Responsible for providing and spearheading weekly performance meeting.

- Provide account performance KPI report to CEO on a weekly basis.

- Developing comprehensive marketing strategies that produce measurable ROI. 

- Create clear, compelling, data-driven recommendations, POVs and other deliverables for our clients and in support of new business efforts.

- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a noted ability to communicate complex or digital/social concepts to a non-technical audience.

- Manage and optimize search, display, native and digital advertising for assigned clients and provide oversight to junior digital advertising team members.

- Supervise and Manage account and production staff in servicing the client, meeting KPI’s, obtaining approvals, maintaining the budget.

- Manage 3-4 account executives and provide guidance/support to validate that all accounts are meeting client expectations. 

- Provide overall direction to creative and other staff support functions, supervises the development, and assure creative implementation is consistent with the approved strategy.

- Leading marketing specialists through hands-on training. 

- Assisting sales on their in-person/presentation pitches and proposals.

- Assisting in writing RFPs and proposals for new clients. 

- Presenting monthly and quarterly performance to clients along with Account Executives and Specialists.

- Planning, implementing, monitoring growth hacking experiments on a weekly basis on accounts.

- Presenting new ideas to clients and explaining previous results

- Analyze Google Analytics report and data to provide insights

- Growing as a digital marketing leader alongside a fun and talented team. 

- Continuously learning and research new best growth hack strategies and tools to improve performance

Required Experience/Qualifications:

- Advanced digital marketing experience.

- At least 5+ years executing digital marketing tactics.

- Expert in digital paid media experience (Google Ads, Social Ads, Lead Generation, Programmatic)

- Hands-on experience in SEO, Social, Email, Marketing Automation, -

- Research, Web, lead nurturing, marketing funnels and conversion rate optimization.

- Top notch presentation skills are highly required- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and data-driven data analysis- Experience of tools such as RivalIQ, Hubspot, Active Campaign, Marketo, Infusionsoft, SEMRush, Marin, Click Funnels, etc.

- Experience working with e-commerce websites and clients

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to multi-task and balance multiple high-stakes projects

- Experience with WordPress and Shopify

- Certifications in Google Ads, FB Blueprint, Analytics, Inbound, etc.

- Experience in managing / overseeing staff members
