DigiTrends is actively looking for experienced and proficient Business Development Managers.
Your job as a business development manager is to identify sales leads, pitch product and services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with them. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Atleast 2 years’ experience in business development, sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong business development skills and IT knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage key accounts, projects and multi-task.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Job Description:
- Lead generation and pitching to potential clients
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Planning and preparing customized and impressive presentations
- Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
- Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients
- Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
- Preparing & Negotiating sales contracts; following company rules and guidelines
- Managing clients and key accounts
- Providing management with timely feedback
- Team coordination and project planning
- Managing company and client expectations
- Researching market, competition and industry trends
- Overseeing the development of marketing literatur
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
- Ability to get on with people at all levels and influence them.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to take personal task responsibilities with go-getter attitude
- Eagerness to learn quick
- Good interpersonal skills.
