What you need to deliver
- Develop company marketing and communication strategy with clear, well-defined targets and operational plan
- Oversee digital media campaign development to ensure alignment with business goals
- Oversee content creation for social media platforms (e.g. Dignosco website, Instagram, Facebook, Google+ etc) and direct marketing methods (e.g. fliers, pamphlets, emails, surveys etc)
- Hire, train, and manage marketing team as per company needs
- Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Tech and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency
- Oversee and refine website layout and user interface development to match visual design intent
- Monitor ROI and KPIs through back-end services and databases
- Apply emerging technologies and industry trends to company operations and activities to increase brand awareness
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing from a reputable local or international university. 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing required.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Successful track record in marketing campaign management.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
- Self-starter with ability to take initiative, multitask and manage time well
- Knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign preferred
- Familiarity with web design and content management systems
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus
- A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
- Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process

The most noticeable factors for the decline in admissions to leading universities globally and the college placements for the average student across emerging markets were lack of awareness about higher education opportunities, minimal one-on-one guidance opportunities, and lack of credible counseling resources. It was in this context that I launched Dignosco in 2009 as a social enterprise focused on human capital creation through a Facebook group Dignosco is a social enterprise that provides College and Career Counseling across Pakistan, North America, Europe, Middle East and Far East Asia.
