Role and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • The applicant is expected to progress rapidly through external admissions training, self-paced higher education industry training and a continuous spirit of self-improvement in order to engage effectively with Existing, Potential and/ or Alumni clients.
  •  Must train to develop adequate knowledge of all Dignosco and its partner products, service types, terms and conditions, application processing, policies and procedures in order to effectively answer and manage Social Media, UAN and Walk In to convert Potential clients and/ or serve Existing clients.
  • Manage executive calendars, client files and databases, plan and schedule meetings, and provide research support to all Directors, and to maintain communication with all other departments like Counseling, Marketing, ELP, Finance, HR and Admin for workflow follow ups for all Directors, and to establish and promote positive team relationships across departments.
  • Support in fielding general inbound calls and emails requesting information across all Dignosco branches and Partner institutions to resolve queries, manage visitor flow and lower staff, represent Dignosco at within or out of city events, and to establish professional relationships with clients and employees.
  • Take lead in planning for appointments, board meetings, conferences or events within or outside city and to plan any reservations, take away orders, local or international travel for any Director or ELP excursions including hotel and camp research and bookings, itinerary development, collaborations for activities or excursions, visas and ticket arrangements like seat allocations, cancellations, billings etc.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required and ability to manage Google Calendars, Excel, MS Office and Power Point
