Role and Responsibilities

·         Provide executive calendar management & administrative and meeting record support to CEO and Directors

·         Administer all reservations, cancellations and no-shows, in line with Company policy

·         Manage phone exchange and generic email a/c

·         Make travel arrangements (visa and tickets etc.)

·         Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries

·         Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions

·         Assist in administration work related to office

·         Coordinate with different departments regarding scheduling meetings and interviews and other operational tasks

·         Maintain office procedures, prepare statistical reports

·         Prepare documents, drafts, letters and emails

·         Maintain security by following procedures

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Min. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable local or international University.

Preferred Skills

Strong communication skills

Confident, natural networker and presenter

2-3 Years Experience 

Self-starter with ability to take initiative and multi task

Knowledge of MS Office including Access, Word, Excel and Power Point preferred
