What you’ll do:
- Create awareness about higher education opportunities in general and program offerings of the company
- Conduct a minimum of 150 unique student surveys each month that will be provided by the company
- Share snap of survey respondents student id for verification of surveys conducted
- Organize and manage information sessions and other events at different campuses and cities
- Clock 40 hours of work on different projects & assignments allocated by company across different Counseling Centers of the company or as mutually agreed before recruitment
What you’ll get:
- You shall receive PKR 10,000 per monthly against a minimum time of 40 hours spent in different Counseling Centers of the company & verification of 150 unique student surveys each month
- Bonus of PKR 4,000 in each month in which you provide 300 or more verifiable unique surveys
- Daily allowance of PKR 3,000 per day for each time you travel out of city for the company

The most noticeable factors for the decline in admissions to leading universities globally and the college placements for the average student across emerging markets were lack of awareness about higher education opportunities, minimal one-on-one guidance opportunities, and lack of credible counseling resources. It was in this context that I launched Dignosco in 2009 as a social enterprise focused on human capital creation through a Facebook group Dignosco is a social enterprise that provides College and Career Counseling across Pakistan, North America, Europe, Middle East and Far East Asia. We have offices in Lahore and Karachi led by a team of young professionals with background in Social Sciences Research, Investment Banking, Asset Management and Private Equity. They have attended Yale, Oxford, UCL, NYU, National University of Singapore and LUMS.
