Main Responsibilities:
- Design & Develop features in existing product as per specification by following the guidelines and best practices.
- Develop frontend and backend.
- Manage databases.
- Develop REST APIs.
- Integerate REST APIs.
- Ensure the quality of code through guidelines and unit testing.
- Participate in scrum meetings to ensure the delivery as per plan.
- Maintain and support software applications in different stages.
- R&D to explore the new technologies and trends.
Required Skill Set:
- Strong software engineering fundamentals in OOAD, design patterns, MVC, data structures, algorithms etc.
- 2+ years’ experience of Ruby on Rails, Java Script, JQuery, CSS, HTML 5, Postgesql or other RDBMS.
- Experience of Rest APIs development and integration.
- Experience with source control (Git) & unit testing tools.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, agile environment.
- Self-motivated, quick learner and a responsive team player.
- Strong Problem-solving, debugging and analytical skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of microservices.
