- Identify vendors w.r.t. the material purchase requirements at company’s sites.
- Take quotations, perform negotiations on cost and prepare quote comparison summary for review of director.
- Responsible to ensure that bulk purchasing of material is done from the vendor approved by director and ensure the timely delivery of the material at site as per the specifications.
- Responsible for the maintenance of Building materials
- Coordinate with consultants regarding cost estimation of the material and take the best quotation
- Responsible for the compilation of Data related to design and their specific sheets.
- Responsible for making Master Plan for coordination and approval activities and ensure it is up to date.
