Responsibilities
- Prepare and post invoices and credit memos and send them to customers
- Handle all billing inquiries from the customers
- Maintain customer database
- Highly diligent follow-ups on E-mails
- Prepare clear and reliable billing reports for executive management
- Compile and maintain documents and records of all billings
- Any other task assigned by the management
Requirements:
- MBA (Masters in Accounting, Finance) or ACCA finalist
- 3 years of accounting experience (preferably billing)
- Proficiency in the English language
- Self-motivated
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
- Good time-management skills
- Results-driven and patient
- Team player
