Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced collections resource to join our team as a Collections Manager. He/she will undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks, being responsible for the accurate and timely recording and reporting of all cash receipt transactions related to billing and AR.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and direct credit/collections business processes
- Establish a cadence around routine customer emails, calls, service suspension notifications on accounts with outstanding balances at >60 days
- Process all transactions related AR in the system
- Establish relationships with Sales and Operations counterparts to assist in the collections process
- Provide solutions to any AR-related problem of clients
- Maintain and update customers’ database
- Diligent and proactive follow-ups on e-mails and phone calls
- Prepare weekly and monthly cash receipts and cash forecast reports for higher management with clear and reliable data
- Compile and maintain a central repository for documents and records of all transactions
