Basic Qualifications
- Comfortable with computer technologies and the command line
- Basic troubleshooting skills

- High aptitude to learn new computer skills, technologies, and software
- Results-oriented
- Ability to multitask
- Strong English is written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills
- IT support experience

Education Minimum Requirement
- Bachelor's
- Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
