Position Summary: 

The Sr Project Manager (PM) coordinates and manages all aspects of a project including requirements gathering, design, project plan and timeline, identification of resources,  scheduling of resources, including vendor and customer coordination, as-built documentation, successful operations handoff to the client’s designee or ATSG managed platform and or services, oversight of purchasing if required, customer and internal communications, project reporting, issue, and risk identification, cost and resource hour tracking and change management.  Additionally, the PM ensures that delivered projects meet ATSG’s and Client’s design specifications, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.  Success in this position is measured by overall client satisfaction and project quality and profitability.

Specific Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage multiple simultaneous clients and projects across ATSG’s technical portfolio of solutions
• Lead an internal and then client project kickoff and align joint project team from the agreed-upon Statement of Work to ensure alignment with customer requirements and scope.
• Maintain overall accountability for the project team including client responsibilities, and the delivery of successful, high quality and profitable projects
• Create and maintain a detailed deliverables-based project plan, communication plan, milestones,      and timeline for the project including critical path and relevant dependencies
• Proactively identify and communicate risks via an agreed-upon project governance cadence
• Manage any scope changes which may affect project budget, schedule, assumptions, deliverable quality and/or resource allocation, or client satisfaction
• Create and nurture excellent client relationships and communications
• Work with purchasing to ensure that any required project equipment is ordered for on-time delivery
• Prepare and lead periodic Executive Steering Committee project reviews to ensure client and ATSG executive and key stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Utilize existing ATSG available project collateral but also enhance or create new collateral when required
• Work closely with internal Business Units to address any gaps in client requirements and ATSG solutions to a definitive conclusion
