Description:
We are looking for an experienced billing & collections resource to join our team as a Senior Supervisor – Billing & Collections. He/she will undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks, being responsible for the accurate and timely recording and reporting of all transactions related to billing and AR.
Skills Required:
Communication Skills, Microsoft Excel, Numerical & Analytical Skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure compliance with objectives of billing and collections
- Process all transactions related to billing and AR in the system
- Provide solutions to any billing/AR-related problem of clients
- Handle all types of billing inquiries from customers
- Maintain and update customers’ database
- Diligent and pro-active follow-ups on e-mails
- Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports for higher management with clear and reliable data
- Compile and maintain a central repository for documents and records of all transactions
