Job Summary:
The Technical Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for technology positions by collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements.
Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and participating in career events. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have technical expertise and knowledge of information technology skills to fully understand the nature of the jobs and to evaluate IT candidates properly. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs. He / She will be responsible for pre-employment verification, onboarding and new hire orientation to retain skilled employees for our IT positions.
