Develop new business opportunities

  • Sending out emails
  • Making 50 to 100 calls every day
  • Build and cultivate prospects by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications
  • Set at least 4 appointments per month for Sales Management to speak with prospects
  • Answer inbound calls from prospects, obtain information, answer questions, provide information and follow up to set appointment for sales management
  • Manage data for all prospects within Sales CRM
  • Use Sales CRM to capture information regarding leads/prospects, communication history in order to facilitate lead flow and lead scoring
  • Verify entered prospect data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data when account information is incomplete to ensure data integrity
  • Take appropriate actions to log/deposition all communication including all notes, setting up follow up calls etc.

Personality: Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior Fortune 500 company executives. Reliable, tolerant, and determined. Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view. Well-presented and businesslike. Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability. Able to get on with others and be a team-player.

Personal Situation: Must be mature and domestically secure. Ability to work in the night shifts or work as per US timings without upsetting domestic or any health related situation. Able to commute reliably to office base. Able to work extended hours on occasions when required. May be striving financially but not desperate or in serious debt. Foreign exposure, especially travel experience in the US will be a plus.

Specific Job Skills: Able to communicate and motivate via written media. Understands the principles of marketing and advertising cost-effectiveness, including market sector targeting, product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling, cost per response, cost per conversion, etc. Appreciates need for consistency within company's branding and marketing mix, especially PR and the Internet.

Computer skills: Must be adept in use of MS Office 2003 or later, particularly Excel and Word, and ideally Salesforce or similar CRMs, Internet and email.

Literacy: Must be a very competent writer of business letters, emails in English.

Business and Selling Skills: Must be an excellent telephone communicator. Ideal background would be in business support services; experience of Call Center and BPO industries would be particularly helpful.

Skill Sets:

Fluent in speaking English ashe/she will be working for US market
