- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Management Information Systems or other appropriate field. Equivalent combination of education, certification, and relevant experience may be considered.
- 2 to 3 years of hands on experience in similar capacity.
- Responsible for soliciting, understanding and documenting the customer’s business requirements, processes and workflows developing both written and visual depictions of requirements and process flows.
- Relevant and applicable business analysis certifications such as CBAP or CCBA preferred.
- Deep passion in creating and analyzing products.
- Working experience with requirements definition and management and translating business requirements into software design requirements.
- Proven success developing relationships across diverse teams, including Sales, Business Development, and Marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including proficiency or written and verbal communication in English.
- Disciplined professional with passion and ownership to work
- Good team player, quick learner, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Candidates with financial domain will be preferred.
