Job Specification:
· Minimum 5 years of increasingly responsible experience in Project Management, including experience of successfully managing various projects.
· Strong Interpersonal, Communication and leadership Skills (Team Management)
· Well versed with Capital Markets Domain (Wealth Management & Brokerage Management)
· Planning and execution of Projects globally across diverse client segments in a time-bound, hands-on and collaborative manner
· Experience in managing of projects including tracking of team’s tasks, tracking / reviewing deliverables in line with signed off specifications, project milestones and linked receivables
· Forecasting of potential time overruns and escalation to highest level of stake-holders without hesitation
· Transparent and professional reporting of project status with in-depth analysis of potential challenges
· Ability to work independently with complete accountability and without constant supervision, should have excellent English communication skills both written & oral.
· Knowledgeable of Capital Markets domain at a high-level; experience in this segment will be desirable but not compulsory
