Director DICT Center owns DICT revenue and builds a repeatable solutions engine for the enterprise and government businesses. The role is responsible to design and govern large, complex, or innovative DICT and Other solutions; standardize how we design and deliver; develop the in-house apps/integrations required by projects; manages key solution partners; and ensures projects are completed on time. Solutions Design, Innovation, and Standards: Lead the design of complex/strategic solutions that require advanced technical and business integration (products, network, partners, applications, data, and operations) Maintain a central library of reusable, tested solution patterns (reference architectures, sizing rules, configuration guides) to speed proposals and ensure consistent quality Technical Validation and Feasibility: Run early feasibility reviews before any commercial offer is issued—capacity, integrations, security, serviceability, and delivery timelines Coordinate with Products, Network Planning, IT/NOMC, Cloud to confirm architecture, tools, and partners can meet the promised scope and SLAs Pre-Sales and Bid Management: Own the pre-sales process for major/complex projects with regions: discovery, solution outline, value case/ROI, and compliance matrix. Lead the end-to-end RFI/RFP/tender responses, consolidating inputs from product, industry, finance, legal, credit/contracts, and partners; ensure proposals are on time, compliant, and margin-safe. Maintain common BoQ/BoM/SoW templates, pricing/assumption checklists, and partner checklists; enforce use in the regions. Project Management and Delivery Readiness: After contract, lead project kick-off and run PMO governance (plan, milestones, risks, changes) through to customer acceptance. Oversee readiness and handover to NOMC/Engineering/IT with complete design packs, acceptance plans, and operability criteria; drive issue resolution and change control. Application Development & Integration (In-house): Build and maintain project-specific applications/portals promised in solutions and support them per scope Solution Partner Management: Identify, onboard, and tier SIs/ISVs/OEMs; certify against our standards; agree joint delivery models and commercial terms Monitor partner quality, security, and compliance for every project; maintain a preferred-partner roster by technology and industry Collaboration with Regions and Capability Building: Enable regional pre-sales teams with templates, training, and design reviews
